Rewarding Loyalty

Club 20/20 is designed to reward clients that invest in ongoing PR and marketing campaigns through PR 20/20, such as: Publicity, Advertising, Email, Direct Mail and Sponsorship.

Club 20/20 also is perfect for special events, product and brand launches, and any initiative that extends three months or longer. Members sign standard 3-, 6- or 12-month contracts based on approved plans and budgets, and are billed monthly in equal installments.

Club 20/20 Members enjoy a number of exclusive features and benefits, including: complimentary services, budget billing, pre-payment discounts, guaranteed pricing on agency services and an online, password-protected client center.

Club 20/20 Features

Standard Contracts: Club 20/20 Members commit to standard 3-, 6- or 12-month contracts for PR and marketing services based on approved plans and budgets. The minimum monthly budget is $500. Custom contracts are available with varying terms and conditions.

Complimentary Services: At the core of Club 20/20’s value are the complimentary services that are offered exclusively to Members.

Budget Billing: Once campaign budgets are set, Members are billed in equal monthly installments (plus expenses) over the life of the contract. The first payment is due prior to initiation of service.

Guaranteed Pricing: PR 20/20’s standard prices on PR and marketing services are subject to change at any time, and only Club 20/20 Members can lock in rates during their contract period.

No Monthly Fee: There is no monthly fee for Club Members.

Online Client Center: The Club 20/20 Client Center utilizes a remarkably simple and intuitive online portal for collaboration, file sharing, communication and project management.

Budget Reviews: Budgets and plans stay on target with ongoing monitoring and thorough quarterly reviews.

Detailed Activity Reports: Members stay informed with monthly activity reports that are easy to read and understand. Reports provide detailed summaries of services delivered, along with itemized pricing.

Pre-Payment Discounts: Members that choose to pre-pay services in full receive discounts based on the length of their contract and outstanding balance. Discounts are figured on 0.75% per month. For example, a 12-month contract prepaid in full would receive a 9% discount (that’s $1,800 off on a $20,000 contract).

Standard Terms: PR 20/20’s standard terms are Net 30 (the agency reserves the right to charge a 12% APR late fee on unpaid balances).

No Termination Fee: There is no fee for Members that choose to terminate their contract early; however, Members agree to pay for all services rendered to date, including complimentary services at market value. Members that have prepaid for services will be credited the outstanding balance on their account, minus any applicable pre-payment discounts, payable Net 90.
