Is a contract required, or does PR 20/20 work on a project-basis?
PR 20/20 has two types of clients: budget-based or project-based.

  • Budget-based clients are enrolled in Club 20/20, a loyalty program designed to reward clients that invest in ongoing PR and marketing campaigns through PR 20/20. Members sign standard 3-, 6- or 12-month contracts based on approved plans and budgets, and are billed monthly in equal installments. Club 20/20 Members enjoy a number of exclusive features and benefits, including: complimentary services, budget billing, pre-payment discounts, guaranteed pricing on agency services and an online, password-protected client center. 
  • Project-based clients are invoiced bi-weekly or monthly for services rendered, payable Net 30. These clients have access to the agency’s complete offering of services and support.

How is Club 20/20 different than traditional agency retainers?

Club 20/20 is a budget-based loyalty program, not a retainer. While traditional agencies bill services on an hourly-rate model, which commonly ranges from $125 - $250 per hour, PR 20/20 structures plans and budgets based on set pricing for most services.

That means that you know exactly what you’re paying for, at all times. There are no surprises, hidden costs or billable hours shifted around to avoid budget overruns.


How can I learn more about PR 20/20’s services and pricing?
We publish The 20/20 Standard service and pricing guide online so you have 24/7 access to descriptions and pricing for everything from Print Ads, Brand Names and Logo Designs, to Press Releases, Brochures and strategic PR & Marketing Plans.


What if my budget total doesn’t qualify for the Club 20/20 minimum of $500 per month, or I don’t want to commit to a contract?
PR 20/20 is a valuable and reliable partner for project-based clients, including small businesses and non-profits with limited budgets and internal resources. These organizations commonly take advantage of PR 20/20’s simple, affordable and effective services to complete individual projects, such as Slogans, Post Cards, Rack Cards, Press Kits, and Newsletters.


What services and support are available to project-based clients?
Project-based clients have access to all the same services and support as Club 20/20 Members. The primary difference is in the billing process. Following is an overview of the standard terms for project-based clients:

  • Bi-weekly or monthly invoicing for services rendered with standard terms of Net 30 (the agency reserves the right to charge a 12% APR late fee on unpaid balances).
  • For first-time clients only, PR 20/20 requires upfront payment in full on all projects under $500. Projects with approved budgets of more than $500 require half payment upfront, and half due on receipt upon project completion.
  • PR 20/20 accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.


How do I get started as a Club 20/20 Member?
For existing clients, we simply review approved campaigns and budgets, or establish new plans, and convert the account to Club 20/20. Clients begin enjoying program benefits immediately.
