Paul Roetzer, Founder & CEO
Paul is founder and CEO of PR 20/20. A graduate of Ohio University's E.W. Scripps School of Journalism, Paul spent six years as a consultant and vice president at a traditional PR agency prior to launching PR 20/20. He is a speaker and author of the forthcoming book, The Marketing Agency Blueprint, which serves as a guide for others seeking to build tech-savvy, hybrid firms that will disrupt and transform the marketing services industry.

Christina Capadona Schmitz, Vice President
Christina joined PR 20/20 in March 2006, and was promoted to vice president in March 2011. In addition to her roles in directing agency operations, client services and professional development, she functions as a senior consultant and group manager for several of the agency’s top accounts. She is a 2004 graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College and remains very active in the community.

Laurel Miltner, Assistant Vice President
Laurel joined PR 20/20 as an associate consultant in August 2007, and was promoted to assistant vice president in March 2011. In this role, Laurel functions as group manager and senior consultant for the agency's top technology accounts, and also manages the agency's inbound marketing program. She is a 2006 graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College, and is active with the Cleveland Social Media Club and Baldwin Wallace APART (Alumni and Parents Admission Recruitment Team).

Keith Moehring, Senior Consultant | Business Development Manager
A 2004 graduate of the University of Toledo, Keith joined PR 20/20 in July 2006, and was promoted to senior consultant in March 2011. Keith runs a collection of core accounts, in addition to leading up the agency's business development activities.

Christy Barksdale, Consultant
Christy joined PR 20/20 in January 2010 as a consultant and content services manager after spending more than three years in the Custom Solutions division at Penton Media, Inc. As PR 20/20's content services manager, Christy supports planning, business development, project management and vendor relations in the emerging content marketing division. She is a 2006 graduate of Ohio University and a Certified Inbound Marketing Professional.
Tracy DiMarino, Consultant
Tracy, a 2009 graduate of Ohio University, joined PR 20/20 as an associate consultant in March 2009. Tracy is a Certified Inbound Marketing Professional.
